Call to Order: 6:10 P.M.

Present: Donna Kessler, Steven Kraft, John Miele, Jim Sims and Tommy
Larson,  Claire Haflich. Absent: Augustine Colebrook

Old Business:
Jim S. will contact John Statler re: E&O Insurance

New Business:
The Board agreed to forward the master data base emails, owner names and phone numbers to Gary Bowles for our Co-op Yahoo Groups communications.
Donna K will send an IRS 1099 form for Robin Brown, our former capital campaign director.
John M reported that he and Steven K and Jim S talked with public relations consultant Karen F. and requested a price quote for our fundraising campaign.
The Board discussed the Mail Tribune article announcing that Quality Market was the site selected by the Co-op, however, no one from the Co-op Board of Directors confirmed that to the Mail Tribune.
