Minutes of Board Meeting October 5, 2009
225 W. Main St., Medford

Call to order: 6:30 PM

Present: Directors: Jim Sims., John Miele, Tommy Larson and John Statler. Absent: Steven Kraft and  Augustine Colebrook.

The minutes of the September 21, 2009 meeting were read and approved.

Committee Reports:
Community Events Committee: The Grilla Bite fundraiser October 3 at 7 PM raised $2300 in share purchases. The Grilla Bites owners suggested holding another such fund raising event there in November.

Old business:
New letters of intent responses were received from Foodland’s lessor and sublessor for review.
A motion was passed unanimously to hire Robin E., Brown for 2 months commencing October 9th renewable each month.

New business:
A motion was passed unanimously to call a Special Board meeting on October 12th at 6:30 pm at 225 W. Main St. to focus on the Capital Campaign.
A motion was passed unanimously to expend $75 to produce flyers to post on businesses.
A motion was p[assed unanimously to print 3 addit9ional color copies of our business plan.
